CANTON, Mo. — Luke Blackburn, a senior physical education major from Leeds, England, received an outstanding student major award during the Missouri Society of Health and Physical Educators annual convention on Nov. 12-15 at The Lodge of Four Seasons in Lake Ozark, Mo.
