1950’s

Gerald '56 and Jane (Williams) Maxey '56 will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary in 2015.  They reside in Durango, Colo.

Jack '57 and Midge (Champion) Barnes '57 have moved to St. Petersburg, Fla. They are part of Westminster Shore, an active senior retirement community.

Donald Hodges '59 is retired and living in Fort Madison, Iowa.  He would love to hear from classmates.

1960’s

Jacquelin (Mease) Brummel '61 resides in Dallas, Texas.  Her husband, B. Lee Brummel '61, died July 6, 2014.  He died at home with his family beside him.  He had Parkinson's disease.

Robert Lippert '62 resides in Wayland, Mich.  After a wonderful spin ala Forest Gump throughout the world in music, military, advertising, marketing and local government, he left semi-retirement as a zoning administrator and is now totally retired. And, totally bored.

Elaine (Ewell) English '67 and her husband, Floyd, are now permanent residents of Texas.  They live on South Padre Island and get their mail in Port Isabel, Texas.

Star (Wood) Wilke '67 is finally fully retired.  After initially retiring, she worked part-time as a speech language pathologist for seven more years. Now she is enjoying traveling with her husband, Tom, and spending time with their four-year old grandson, Remi.

1970’s

Skip Hartzell '71 lives in Port St. Lucie, Fla., with his wife, Jeanette. After a more than 30 year career in advertising and marketing, he retired in 2011.  Although it has taken over three years of planning and construction, they have finally moved into their dream home, which includes a 2500-square-foot art studio. He is very happy to refer to himself these days as a full-time sculptor & painter, currently represented by Arthouse 429 Gallery in West Palm Beach.

Raymond Sedivec '71 and his wife, Barbara, have a new grandson, Ayden Rawls.  Raymond and Barbara plan to travel to Spain and Portugal this summer.

John Tucci '71 is the principal of Garland ISD, an avid national demonstration school. It is the first school in the state of Texas to have an avid excel class that targets ELL students.  John resides with his wife, Bethany, in Garland, Texas.

Bill '72 and Cathy (Williams) '72 Exham have been retired more than 10 years.  Bill is a volunteer high school girls' basketball coach and helps babysit five grandchildren. Cathy enjoys singing in the choir at Central Christian Church in Mesa, Ariz., babysitting the grandchildren, and helping care for her 94-year-old mother. They enjoy traveling with their children and have been to Hawaii, Jamaica, the Virgin Islands, and the Bahamas.

James Thornton '72 lives in Muscatine, Iowa, with his wife, Marguerite.  He is still teaching Spanish classes in the continuing adult education program at Muscatine Community College and the Community University Program of St. Ambrose University thanks to his Spanish classes at Culver-Stockton College with Carol Sandy and Dr. Raul Diaz-Carnot.

Damon Wickware '75 sold his automobile dealership (Bayview Ford Lincoln, LLC) in August 2012.  He is currently residing in Daphne, Ala., with his wife, Leahia.  He is involved with the Ruff Wilson Youth Organization, Inc. as president of the Board of Directors.

Richard Montgomery '78 was recently honored with a Lifetime Service Award from the National Wrestling Hall of Fame-Illinois Chapter.  Previously Rich was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award and Class A Athletic Director of the Year Award from IWLOA, and IADA Award in Division 4 AD of the Year.  Rich and his wife, Peggy, live in Rock Falls, Ill. where Rich is Athletic Director and Activities and Transportation Director for Rock Falls High School.

1980’s

Lisa (Kriegshauser) Bowen '83 retired in May 2014 after 30 years of full-time teaching.  She is now working part-time, teaching Title Reading in grades K-2.

Bo Solomon '84 has moved to Philadelphia, Penn., with his wife, Julie, and children, Sam, Parker and Emma.  Bo is the finance and administration manager for Drexel University in Philadelphia.

Doug Mosley '85 works for ESPN in Boca Raton, Fla. Doug is the executive director of the Boca Raton Bowl, a college football post-season bowl game. He lives with his wife, Stacy, in Boynton Beach, Fla.

Joel Adam ’89 teaches and coaches at Wentzville Holt High School in Wentzville, Mo.  This past fall his softball team finished second in 4A, and it was the best finish since 1987 at the school. His daughter was the starting first baseman on the team and was second team all-state this past year. She was also voted player of the year in the Gateway Athletic Conference.  In the spring of 2014, Joel posted his 300th win as baseball coach at Holt High.
Natalie (Hartgraves) Gomez '89 was recently promoted to supervisor with the Missouri State Probation and Parole Office in Springfield, Mo.  Natalie and her husband, Mark, have two children, Hannah and Haden.

1990’s

Eric Zanger '90 was inducted into the Illinois Coaches Association Hall of Fame, Feb. 22, 2015.  His IHSA 17-year varsity softball coaching record at Springfield Sacred Heart-Griffin High School was 384-200-1 with an IESA 6-year Jr. High baseball coaching record of 116-12 at Springfield Christ the King elementary school.  Eric and his wife, Kathleen, reside in Springfield, Ill., with their four boys.

Brenda (Layton) Hayn '92 is currently taking a break from nursing and is working as the children's ministry director at Lifepoint Church in Carrolton, Ill. Brenda and her family live in Kampsville, Ill.

Heather (Fortner) Evans '96 is a teacher in the gifted education program at Highland Elementary and Jr. High School in Ewing, Mo.  Heather lives with her husband, Eric and children, Thomas, Charlie and Elizabeth, near Maywood, Mo.

Carolyn Feibig '97 lives in Silver Spring, Md.  She is a registered dietician and works in the Washington D.C. area as a renal dietician.

Damon Morrison '98 and his wife, Heather, live with their children, Brian, Kaitlyn and Emily, in State Center, Iowa.  Damon is SVP/Chief Credit Officer for Central State Bank in State Center, Iowa.

2000’s

Stacy (Stephenson) Turner '00 and Brad Turner '00 added another son to their family, June 24, 2014.  Hawkins Quincy Ott Turner joined big brothers Isaac (10) and Gannon (5).

Maurice '02 and Jennifer (Perry) McClain '02 live in Hannibal, Mo., with their two children.  Maurice is the pride coordinator for Hannibal Middle School.

Kendra (Florea) Scifres '04 is a teacher in the Lewis County C-1 School District near Ewing, Mo.  Her family has been busy with her husband, Paul, the varsity softball coach at Highland High School, winning the district softball tournament last October; son, Camden, making the first round of American Idol in Nashville, Tenn., last summer; daughter, Carli, on the state softball tournament last summer with her traveling 12U softball team; and Ava and Aspen also keeping everyone busy.  The Scifres family lives near Maywood, Mo.

Holly (Reiter) Luetkenhaus '07 is the instruction librarian for Washington State University in Pullman, Wash.  Holly and her husband, Tony '06, live in Pullman.

2010’s

Angelyna (Hinkle) Lowe '10 married Dr. Ian Lowe, PsyD, in December 2014.  Angelyna and Ian live in Loma Linda, Calif., where Angelyna was appointed a doctoral internship in clinical psychology for 2015-2016 at the Jerry L. Pettis VA Medical Center.

Cindy (VanZante) Gain '11 is a senior international accountant for Carboline Company in St. Louis, Mo.  She lives with her husband, Joshua, in St. Charles, Mo.

Brett Low '11 is a Wildland Firefighter for the U.S. Forest Service in Monticello, Utah.  Brett resides in Susanville, Calif.

Lisa Button '14 is a staff accountant for Dot Foods in Mt. Sterling, Ill.  Lisa lives in Quincy, Ill.

Megan Land '14 is a complex deposit agent for USAA bank in Springfield, Mo., where she lives. She is completing the application for a placement in the Peace Corps.
