International Student Admission Process
To study at Culver-Stockton College you must complete three steps:
1) Apply for admission and be accepted
2) Secure a visa allowing the student to enter the US for the purpose of studying
3) Complete final processes
STEP 1: To be accepted as a student at Culver-Stockton College, you must submit:
- an application at culver.edu/apply
- official transcript(s)
- official ACT / SAT score report
- TOEFL or other English proficiency test score (IELTS, GTEC, PTE, Duolingo)
- statement of finance and supporting documents (bank statement)
If you are a student athlete, you must additionally:
- register online at www.playNAIA.org and submit a complete profile
- have transcripts evaluated at PlayNAIA.org/InCred
- return your signed Letter of Intent and Scholarship Agreement Form
STEP 2: To get an I-20, you must:
- pay a $2,000 advance tuition payment
- turn in your signed financial aid package
After the I-20 has been created:
- review and sign the I-20
- pay the I-901 SEVIS fee
- schedule a visa appointment with the US consulate in your country
STEP 3: The final processes to be completed are:
- register for classes
- complete a housing and meal plan form (acceptance Form B on MyCulver)
- provide proof of immunizations (instructions are found in acceptance Form C on MyCulver)
- review billing statement and set up a payment method
- order textbooks
- obtain health/medical insurance that can be used at C-SC
- complete Vivature (Blue Ocean) forms (athletes only)
- coordinate travel arrangements
