ASSISTANT BOWLING COACH

Culver-Stockton College is accepting applications for a part-time Assistant Bowling Coach. C-SC offers experiential learning with a 12/3 academic calendar which provides an innovative four-year program of studies and experiences that prepares students for career success like no other college or university in the nation. C-SC fields 18 NAIA sports which compete in the Heart of America Athletic Conference (HAAC).

In accordance with all NAIA, Heart of America Athletic Conference and Culver-Stockton College policies and procedures, the position of Assistant Bowling Coach reports to the Head Bowling Coach and is responsible for assisting in administering the entire operation of the program including (but not limited to) the recruitment of student-athletes, practice and contest planning, participate in player skill development and other duties assigned by the Head Coach. This position will assist with both the men’s and women’s bowling teams.

Candidates should have success coaching or participating in bowling, preferably at the collegiate level or high school level, the ability to recruit and motivate student-athletes, a strong commitment to academic success as well as compliance with NAIA, Heart of America and institutional policies and procedures. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

DIVISIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Business, Education and Law)

Culver-Stockton College is seeking a highly-motivated and organized individual for the position of Divisional Administrative Assistant. This is a non-exempt, 10-month administrative assistant position that will provide office services for the Division of Business, Education and Law. Responsibilities will include scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining records for the division, overseeing the budget and tracking expenditures and providing reports as needed. Will assist with routine clerical duties in support of faculty in the division as well as serving as a liaison between the College, students, vendors and visitors.

Required qualifications include a high-school diploma or GED, Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred and two years of clerical experience. Must have advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft office programs, strong organizational and communication skills, have the ability to work well with a team. Must be able to multi-task, work independently and have excellent time management skills.
