Marketing

The marketing major at Culver-Stockton College provides students with practical skills and knowledge to effectively promote products and services. The Culver-Stockton College curriculum utilizes a hands-on, experiential approach to gain an understanding of current marketing principles as they relate to advertising, sales, and branding. The marketing program integrates research, case studies and internships to provide students with the skills to succeed in an advertising/marketing career or in a graduate marketing program.

Fast Facts:

  • Coursework includes an in-depth study of consumer behavior, advertising, social media marketing, marketing research and integrated marketing communications.
  • Complete an internship, arranged with guidance from an advisor and the Career Services Center.
  • Choose to double-major in subjects such as psychology, communication, graphic design and many more.
  • Interact with corporate leaders in Business Leadership Exchange lecture series.
  • Participate in Corporate Experience Seminars with executives in board rooms of major corporations.
  • Travel opportunities with Enactus and PBL to locations such as Los Angeles, Chicago, Cincinnati, San Diego and more.
