All residential students living in a Culver-Stockton residence hall are required to participate in one of the four meal plan options listed below:
Culver-Stockton Plan: 19 of the 20 meals served weekly in the Main Dining Room, and 50 C-SC Dollars per semester for use in the Cat’s Pause, The Lab, or to purchase additional meals in the Main Dining Room.
Blue & White Plan: 15 of the 20 meals served weekly in the Main Dining Room, and 100 C-SC Dollars per semester for use in the Cat’s Pause, The Lab, or to purchase additional meals in the Main Dining Room.
Wildcat Plan: 10 of the 20 meals served weekly in the Main Dining Room, and 150 C-SC Dollars per semester for use in the Cat’s Pause, The Lab, or to purchase additional meals in the Main Dining Room.
Hilltop Plan: 13 of the 20 meals served weekly in the Main Dining Room, and 75 C-SC Dollars per semester for use in the Cat’s Pause, The Lab, or to purchase additional meals in the Main Dining Room.
Commuter Students: Commuter students are welcome to purchase any one of the four meal plan options, or may purchase C-SC Dollars. The C-SC Dollars will be added to your student ID, which also functions as a meal card. C-SC Dollars can then be used for purchasing meals at a reduced rate in the Main Dining Room or for purchasing food in The Lab or the Cat’s Pause.
Student Teachers and Nursing Majors: A significantly reduced meal plan is available to those completing student teaching responsibilities or taking junior/senior nursing classes in Quincy at BRCN. Please contact the director of residential life for more information and to request approval for this meal plan (request must be made during the first two weeks of the semester). This is limited to student teachers and nursing majors with junior or senior status.
Purchasing Additional C-SC Dollars or Cat's Pause Bucks: Both commuter and residential students may purchase additional C-SC Dollars in $50 increments (minus applicable sales tax), by going to the Student Financial Services Office, 102 Henderson Hall, or call (573) 288-6492 and paying by cash, check or credit card.
Students can use a credit card to add CP bucks to their account in $25 increments, but their current balance has to be less than $25. Log on to MyCulver, Click the "Campus Life" tab at the top of the screen, Click "Meal Plan" option to the left and Click "Add CP Bucks."
SELECTING A MEAL PLAN OPTION
Meal plan options can only be selected online using your MyCulver.com account. Changes can be made to meal plan options during the first two weeks of classes and are final until the next term begins. All of the plans offer a declining balance account, which may be used in the Main Dining Room, The Lab, or the Cat's Pause.
Meal exchanges are available in the Cat's Pause and The Lab during posted Meal Exchange times. A meal exchange is using one of your meal "clicks" to choose from a limited combo menu in either location.
There may still be times when a student misses a mean due to a schedule conflict. To arrange for a sack lunch, come to the main kitchen and see a full-time staff member.
If you are unable to attend a meal due to illness, Dining Services will provide a sick tray. ALL sick trays consist of gelatin, soup, crackers and beverage. To acquire a sick tray, students must contact their CA or a friend to bring their ID to Dining Services during the normal meal hours and a member of the full-time staff will prepare the sick tray for the CA.
For students with a medical condition that requires a special diet, please see the Director of Dining Services for arrangements. A written notification from a doctor is required when requesting a special diet.
